This lovely piece of History can be used as a ring dish, air plant holder, paper clip holder and more! It is in remarkable condition for it's age. There is surface wear and paint fading, there are no chips or cracks. This Scottie was used to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of Chicago in 1933. It is a very cool collector's piece and I cannot seem to find another like it.
